Day 1: Arrival Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO)

Met upon your arrival in JRO; and transfer to Hotel in Arusha.

Accommodation: New Arusha hotel

Day 2: Arusha/Tarangire

After breakfast, we drive to Tarangire National Park for a game drive in this very diverse park with picnic lunch boxes, Tarangire is well known for its large herds of Elephant population.

Day 3: Tarangire/Ngorongoro

Another game drive safari in Tarangire; then later in the day we drive to overnight in Ngorongoro.

Day 4: Ngorongoro/Serengeti

Descend into Ngorongoro Crater for game drives in the Crater, exploring the short-grass plains of the crater floor. This extinct volcano embraces 100sq miles alive with lion, leopard, rhino, elephant, buffalo, and many more games. Later in the day we drive to overnight in Serengeti.

Day 5: Serengeti

Game drives safari in the Serengeti exploring the rolling plains of Serengeti National Park in search of the large predators and the gentle herbivores on which they feed.

Day 6: Serengeti

Game drives safari in the Serengeti exploring the rolling plains of Serengeti National Park in search of the large predators and the gentle herbivores on which they feed.

Accommodation & Meals: In mid December ~ March we will stay at Ndutu Lodge which is Deluxe (price will be $25pp/night less); In May ~ June we will stay at Mbalageti Camp (luxury chalet) for extra $$ (about $60pp/night); and in July ~ November we would recommend Migration Camp for extra $$ (about $230pp/night more) or downgrade to a standard Lodge,- Lobo Wildlife Lodge (which will lower the price by $65pp/night less). Serengeti Serena Lodge B,L,D.

Day 7: Serengeti/Lake Manyara

After breakfast, we will have another game drive in Serengeti, then drive to overnight in Lake Manyara with an optional visit to a Maasai Village ($60/group), and optional visit of Olduvai Gorge ($20/person).

Day 8: Lake Manyara/Kilimanjaro/Departure

Game drives safari in Lake Manyara; home to tree-climbing lion, colorful birds, elephant and hippo. We will leave in the afternoon for Kilimanjaro airport for our flight back home [optional day room in Arusha is available for extra $$/room].
